What is your MOQ?

The published MOQ is 20 pcs per model. It is confirmed per model and finish, because a material or finish change creates a new production batch.

What warranty do you offer, and what does it cover?

A 2-year warranty applies. It covers the complete fixture and the light source. Claims are handled by repair and by replacement of parts.

What trade terms and payment terms do you work on?

We work on FOB, EXW, DDP and DAP. The standard payment terms are 30% deposit with the 70% balance before shipment; the exact arrangement is stated on the quotation.
