Huixiang Lighting is a production company. Manufacturing runs in our own facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong, covering a 1,000 m² factory area, 5 production lines and a team of 30 people, with a monthly capacity of approximately 10,000 pieces. Production planning, assembly and pre-shipment checks are handled by the same team that quotes your order, which is what makes a specification change practical rather than theoretical.
This matters at the point of order. When you can change size, finish or light source without the requirement passing through a third party, the answer to “can this be done?” comes from the people who will actually produce it — and the production batch is measured against the sample you approved.
OEM production follows your design: a drawing, a reference sample, a technical specification or an existing product you want reproduced to a target cost. ODM production starts from our existing models, which are then customized for your market, your brand and your packaging.
A custom configuration moves through four steps: you send the model reference or design input with the target quantity, finish, light source and destination; we confirm what can be produced and quote it; a sample is produced and approved; the approved configuration goes into production as the reference standard for the batch. Because a size or material change creates a new production batch, the confirmed specification is what the order is built and inspected against.
